What Is The Harvestrolley
HarvesTrolley is a convenience store on wheels, our concept is to bring the grocery store to your home. We have 3 options offered, which are: A Request for Now (in which the HarvesTrolley will come to your home, and you can hop in and buy), A Delivery from the HarvesTrolley (in which the HarvesTrolley will prepare specific products you ordered to deliver to your home), and A Delivery from the Harvest Market (in which the Harvest Market will prepare specific products you ordered to deliver to your home).
How Can I Order From The Trolley
You can download our HarvesTrolley App in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play App, after that you will just be required to provide your name, address, email and phone number and you are good to go.
Is The App Only Available In English
At the moment the app is available in English and Spanish, we are working on adding new languages which will be available very soon.
Can I Track The Trolleys Around
After you have already made a Trolley Request or a Trolley Order and once the driver has accepted your order, meaning he is already on his way to your home, you will be able to track the driver all the way to your house.
Can I Pay Using Ebt Card
EBT car payments are only available when you select the Pickup option, meaning you will be picking up your order at one of our stores. Soon you will be able to make a Trolley Order and pay online with your EBT card.
Can I Pay In Cash
Unfortunately we don’t accept cash in our Trolleys, this is to protect our drivers and also to assure our customers the highest sanitation standards.
Working Times And Fees
The HarvesTrolley Works from every day of the week starting at 9am until 9pm, you can make an order outside those hours as long as you schedule it to be delivered from 9am to 9pm. A Trolley Request has a convenience fee of $3,99 and a Tolley Order has a convenience fee of $4,99 for the first 10 miles, after that you will be charge 30 cents per mile traveled.
Do You Offer Any Loyalty Programs or Subscriptions
We have an annual subscription plan that costs $79,99 a year, this will allow you to make unlimited Orders or Requests during the year without having to pay a convenience fee or any other fee that may apply.
What Happens If Something I Ordered Is Out Of Stock
If there are any problems with your orders like a product being out of stock or the need to offer a substitution, you will get a phone call or text message from someone in our team that will explain the situation and you will get your money refunded instantly.
Can We Schedule The Trolley For Private Events
Inside our Trolley App there is the option named “Appointments” this shouldn’t be confused with making a Trolley Request or a Trolley Order, this option is to schedule a trolley visit for big group of people that can last from 1 to 3 hours, this option is usually used in senior living apartments and schools.

Can I Order Liquor Or Tobacco From The Trolley
It is against the law for the Trolley to have Liquor on board, but if you make a “Trolley Order” ahead, we can serve as a Delivery Service. Regarding Tobacco you will not find this type of products in our app, since its illegal both having it on board and delivering it, even with a previously paid order.

Can I get contactless delivery with harvestrolley?
We do have this option, however customers who order alcohol or certain high-value items may need to show ID upon delivery. We ask shoppers to wear masks whenever they encounter customers.

Refunds
Expecting a Refund
You must submit your request for a refund or credit resulting from order problems within 7 days of pickup or delivery.
Please inform us right away if your order--
contains any items that you were charged for but are missing include goods that are broken, ruined, or otherwise unusable
Refunds are handledinstantly, however depending on your bank, it might take 5 to 10 business days before you see the money in your bank or credit card account. Refunds will appear in your Harvestrolley Account.
Return Windows
For Perishable items, the return window is 2 days after the purchase date, only if receipt is provided.
For Non-perishable items, the return window is 5 days after the purchase date, only if receipt is provided.
The return will be guided by the store's specific return rules, which might change.
