A deep-coloured sugar with an extra-large grain size, which tends not to change colour or break down at high temperatures. Use it to add colour to cookies and baked goods prior to baking, or fill in brightly coloured designs on cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. The sugar's colour is made from vegetable colourants and contains no synthetic dyes.
